The Dual Tower Regenerating Adsorption Desiccant Air Dryer features two identical towers filled with desiccant beads that efficiently remove moisture from the air as it passes through. At any given time, one tower is in operation, adsorbing moisture, while the other undergoes an automatic regeneration process. The tower in regeneration mode, referred to as the off-stream tower, is dried using either heat or purge air to desorb the moisture from the desiccant beads. This alternating process ensures that one tower is always removing moisture from the incoming air while the other is regenerating, providing a continuous 100% duty cycle and a reliable supply of dry, moisture-free air.
